Description : POSITION SUMMARY
The individual in the role is responsible for sales, marketing and technical support within defined territory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct sales calls trade shows, and sales meetings.
- Collaborate with customer commercial sales managers to support their efforts in promoting and educating clients on WAI products.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to educate customers on technical and non-technical aspects, including Q&A sessions.
- Provide problem-solving support to address customer issues related to WAI products on sales calls.
- Cultivate and maintain ongoing business relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Promote a collaborative work environment, encouraging effective communication and cross-training initiatives to enhance team productivity, versatility, and skill development.
- Undertakes additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management.
