Job Summary
We are seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to join our team! As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will be interviewing new volunteers, calling references or otherwise screening potential new volunteers, and providing assignments based on their strengths and interests. You will also be conducting day one orientation for new volunteers, implementing new programs for volunteers within the organization, and handling all scheduling and documentation. The ideal candidate has experience interviewing or screening new team members, excellent judgement, and the ability to multitask and shift focus, as needed.
