Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager Opportunity – Western Massachusetts
Location: Hampden County, MA (hybrid)
I’m partnering with a well-established, full-service public accounting firm in Western Massachusetts that is experiencing steady growth due to recent retirements and continued client expansion. What You’ll Do
- Review and prepare complex federal and state tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, trust, estate, nonprofit)
- Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
- Conduct tax research and prepare technical memoranda and IRS correspondence
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff within the tax department
- Manage multiple client engagements and budgets
What They’re Looking For
- 8–10+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Active CPA (MA or CT preferred)
- Strong experience with complex entity and individual returns
- Proven supervisory and leadership experience
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to help lead and grow the tax practice

Compensation & Benefits
- $100k-$165k DOE
