Salary : $200,000 - $270,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP of Tax to join our team in the Tech Services industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to bring their expertise to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's tax function, including compliance, planning, and strategy. This is a high-visibility role that will interact with senior leadership and contribute significantly to the company's financial strategy.

Job Details

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in federal and state taxation
  • Preparation and review experience of federal and state tax returns for corporations and partnerships.
  • Active CPA preferred
  • Extensive experience with Partnerships is a MUST
  • Previous Big 4 or large CPA firm experience preferred
  • Management experience
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail and high-level of accuracy
  • Ability to handle extremely sensitive information requiring the utmost discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills
