divh2Job Description / h2pReporting to the Chief Administrative and People Officer, the Global Vice President of Total Rewards will lead the strategy, design, and execution of Sprinklrs global compensation, equity, and benefits programs. This executive role is instrumental in ensuring our total rewards programs support business growth, talent strategy, and organizational performanceacross all regions, including North America, Europe, Asia, and India. / ppYou will bring deep experience from both large and mid-sized software or SaaS companies, ideally in high-growth environments, with a demonstrated ability to scale total rewards globally. This role requires strategic thinking, strong execution, and a collaborative leadership style.
