GENERAL SUMMARY
The Vice President of Strategic Accounts is a senior commercial leader responsible for developing, leading, and executing a comprehensive strategic account strategy across key national, regional, vertical, and enterprise-level customers within the Commercial AV / IT industry. This role oversees Strategic Account Managers and National Account Managers, managing high-value executive relationships and enterprise opportunities while driving revenue growth, market influence, and long-term partnerships. This executive will shape and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap to ensure the organization is structured for sustainable growth and market leadership. The VP partners closely with internal stakeholders-including Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and other divisions-to deliver customer value, accelerate opportunity creation, and position the company as a trusted strategic partner to key accounts and global integrators.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and develop geographically dispersed Strategic Account and National Account teams with a focus on coaching, accountability, and performance management.
- Define and execute a long-term strategic account vision and scalable organizational roadmap, including new roles and functions essential to growth.
- Develop quarterly strategic plans and monthly forecasts for team and individual contributors.
- Establish performance metrics, forecasting models, and governance structures to ensure consistent execution across all strategic accounts.

The expected salary range for this position is $190,000 -210,000annually.
The offered compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to level of experience, certifications / education, training, and work location.This position is eligible for variable incentive pay based on company performance.
