Job Description :

Huge is looking for a Vice President of Product Management to join the Product Strategy team. In this role, you will lead the charge in driving a business- and human-centric vision to defining and launching new products and capabilities specializing in AI-driven experiences. In this role, you are expected to operate as an influential thought leader with poise and expertise, who collaborates seamlessly with multiple teams and craft leaders from across the organization. You have a proven track record of envisioning and launching innovative digital productswhether within a product-driven technology company or an agency environmentwhile leading teams, pitching new opportunities, and championing product best practices.

What You'll Be Doing :

• You will lead the strategic work for new digital experiences and AI powered products and experiences for our clients.
• You'll help pioneer the next generation of products that integrate all aspects of product management, strategy, design, data, and AI technology.
• You'll partner with leaders across product management, tech, data, content, and design as the strategic vision partner to ensure cohesive and extraordinary outcomes.
• You will collaborate with highly creative user experience experts, visual designers, and engineers to reach the best possible version of products to bring to market.
• You'll be a close partner and advisor to senior clients, playing a critical role in understanding and applying business requirements and logic while also balancing the end-user's needs and goals.
• Define and refine working processes in constantly evolving environments.
• Mentor and manage senior team members.

The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $240,000 USD.
