Job Description:

  • Own and grow the engineering function behind Pulse
  • Set the technical vision and move the product forward at the speed the market demands
  • Roll up your sleeves in an early-stage startup environment
  • Lead a lean engineering team and hire exceptional talent
  • Partner directly with the Founders to take Pulse into new verticals and markets

Requirements:

  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of foundational AI models, you know the landscape, the tradeoffs, and when to use which
  • Lean by nature, you do more with less, cut what doesn't matter, and never over-engineer
  • You've built through at least one 0→1 and one real growth phase
  • Strong backend and systems fundamentals, you can go deep when it counts
  • You can sit with a client, understand their pain fast, and translate it into something the team ships before the week is over
  • Low ego, high output.
