Resource's typical working day :

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for quality assurance and leading manual testing of frameworks and support test driven development for the enterprise to achieve "Continuous Testing" objectives.

Facilitate quality delivery, increased efficiency, and reduced costs. Also, responsible for development, implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of testing policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure a consistent testing framework is applied across the products.

The role requires tactical delivery within a Scrum culture, strong leadership capabilities to advocate and implement quality assurance processes across multiple product lines.

Will require strong interpersonal / relationship management skills, project management, and Global team player expertise and will proactively and collaboratively take part in all testing related activities and establish partnerships with key stakeholders in the Product Management, Development, and the Technology Operations teams to drive overall Quality Engineering from inception to production.

Build cloud native applications utilizing open source, Microsoft, and AWS technologies.

Build and develop extension frameworks for 3rd party vendor applications.

Design and implement new features / applications based on industry standards.

Create modern, responsive web applications to provide real-estate services to our internal and external clients.

Implement Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment solutions.

Continue transformation of the Digital & Tech organization focused on agility, innovation and efficiency.

o Develop, maintain, enhance, and test application frameworks of moderate to high complexity.

o Involved with the investigation and resolution of complex data, system, and software issues in the production environment.

o Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of manual test cases frameworks, and tools development to support overall test architecture for hybrid environment (Cloud, On-premise).

o With a vison to move to automation of framework to achieve "Continuous Testing" objectives for large-scale integration of systems to reduce manual test efforts, and execution duration, while increasing quality, and test coverage.

o Work with geographically dispersed teams including multi-vendor into Scrum teams to meet "Continuous Testing" objectives faced by today's corporations

o Strong evaluative skills experience with manual functional testing, integration testing, regression, testing, GUI, back-end system testing, and user acceptance testing.

o Lead, define and drive the automation execution strategy and provide visibility on progress to team and leadership.

Years of Experience needed :

3-4 years of profound knowledge of test automation, test management and bug tracking tools and processes; 3+ years of hands-on Software Development experience, especially around automating test cases.

Level of Education : BS / MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject is required
