Our offerings range from $1,500 to $25,000, customized for discerning clients who expect real results and exceptional service. All appointments are pre-booked, ensuring each client receives focused, one-on-one care in a high-end setting.

Who We're Looking For

We are hiring a Full-Time Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager for our Stuart location. This is a key client-facing role that blends luxury service, consultative sales, and team leadership. You'll collaborate with experienced estheticians, guide clients through advanced treatment journeys, and help drive high-value revenue in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Supervisor

  • Conduct personalized, solution-oriented consultations
  • Drive high-ticket daily sales (target : $3,500+ per day)
  • Manage client progress and communication using CRM tools
  • Ensure a consistently premium client experience

Sales Manager

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet goals
  • Oversee daily consultation and treatment workflows
  • Assist team members in closing large treatment packages

    • Compensation

  • Base Salary : $2,500-$3,000 / month
  • Commission : 4%-10%, based on personal and team performance
  • All clientele by appointment - no walk-ins or cold leads

  • Sales experience in luxury, spa, wellness, or aesthetics
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and structured consultations
