Develop sales strategies and plans for assigned account groups while mentoring a high-performance team

Build relationships with key partners and internal teams to execute the sales strategy effectively

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 7+ years in a related sales management position with a successful track record

Experience in hiring and building sales teams

Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Experience in engaging with executives and senior business leaders
