Position Overview

Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service Excellence

Deliver warm, polished, and attentive service from greeting to farewell.

Guide guests through the menu, daily specials, and tasting offerings with confidence and enthusiasm.

Provide thoughtful food and beverage recommendations while understanding dietary needs and kosher requirements.

Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.

Menu & Product Knowledge

Maintain thorough knowledge of all food, beverage, and wine offerings.

Communicate ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens accurately.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and proper timing.

Service Standards & Teamwork

Execute service steps and fine-dining standards consistently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.

Support fellow servers and staff to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a server in upscale or fine-dining environments preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
