PeopleShare is recruiting for a Payment Processing Clerk in Center City Philadelphia!

PeopleShare is recruiting for a Lockbox Clerk to work with one of the nation’s premier minority-owned companies. This company is a high-performance provider of business process solutions, facilities management and infrastructure support services to government and commercial markets.

Job Selling points for a Lockbox Clerk :

Job Responsibilities for a Lockbox Clerk :

  • Must have thorough knowledge of all department equipment including Trans. Remittance Processors, OPS (mail opening processor), Image Scanner Processor and all PC equipment. Perform customer service silent monitoring sessions.
  • Make sure all payments received are secured in the Lockbox area.
  • Process work being transmitted accurately through batch control.

  • Starting at $18.00 / hour
  • Contract to Hire
  • Fully in office

    • Job Requirements for a Lockbox Clerk :

  • 2-3 years of previous lockbox clerk experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
