divh2Warehouse Specialist / h2pThe Warehouse Specialist performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. / ppEssential Duties : / pulliResponsible for inventory control and maintaining accurate material records. / liliCoordinate the timely flow of goods from suppliers and vendors to end-users. / liliUtilizing inventory management systems and other relevant software to manage and track supplies. / liliIdentifies and procures shortfalls and proactively manages the supply program. / liliMonitors stock asset levels and ensures adequate stock is available to support operations. / liliAdheres to all company operating procedures and quality management system requirements. / liliAssists with preparing facility and equipment for semi-annual third-party audits. / liliEnsures safe operations throughout the facility / liliOther duties as required by the Hangar Operations Manager. / li / ulpDesired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : / pulliKey skills include strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with inventory systems. / liliBeginner to intermediate computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs. Working knowledge of advance software applications is preferred. / liliAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, federal regulations, and procedure manuals. / liliAbility to write routine reports and correspondence. / liliAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. / liliInterpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff. / liliMust possess effective oral and technical written communication skills to clearly communicate information to others.
