Position Summary :
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in a dynamic kitting environment. The role will focus on shipping, receiving, inventory management, transaction accuracy, order picking, and kitting. The ideal candidate will be action-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to lead a team with efficiency and integrity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, kitting, and shipping of materials
- Ensure accuracy of inventory transactions and manage cycle counting processes
- Organize and maintain inventory locations, ensuring material availability and traceability
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal teams and carriers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- Drive productivity and continuous improvement through troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Train, coach, and lead warehouse staff to ensure high performance and morale
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for accuracy, timeliness, and quality
- Ensure proper documentation for shipments including shipping paperwork and WMS transaction completion
