What Is Expected :

• 3+ years of warehouse experience in food, beverage, CPG, manufacturing, or a similar environment
• Previous supervisor or lead experience
• Know warehouse ops, safety rules, and basic computer / WMS skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet in a fast-paced setting
• Lead by example motivate your crew and solve problems
• Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organized
• Handle scheduling, staffing, and daily workflow to hit goals
• Track inventory and shipments to keep orders accurate and on time
• Train, coach, and back up your team so the job gets done right
