Key Responsibilities

Review warranty paperwork for documentation and compliance

Book and close claims as required by the dealer

Reconcile warranty receivables and maintain service records

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in processing automotive warranty claims

Experience with dealer management systems such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds

Completion of relevant Manufacturer Certification Requirements as needed

Ability to maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures
