The Intune Administrator will focus on endpoint management with a primary emphasis on Microsoft Intune. This person will help develop, maintain, and enhance core end-user technologies—including Office 365, Windows, Intune, Active Directory, Endpoint Manager, and System Center tools (SCOM, SCCM), as well as support the organization’s CCTV security system. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, as the administrator will regularly partner with Systems Analysts, Business Analysts, Server Administrators, Network Administrators, and Security Administrators. The team is large, tight-knit, and highly supportive. Additionally, this individual will assist end users directly resolving issues efficiently and delivering excellent customer service. The position is onsite in Trinity, NC, with a requirement to report in five days a week during training. After training, a hybrid schedule will become available.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Professional experience configuring Windows, Apple, and Android devices using Microsoft Endpoint
• Manager (Intune)
• Experience creating profiles for multiple endpoint types
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory
• Strong knowledge of Group Policies
• SCCM experience
• Experience working within ServiceNow
