Key Responsibilities

Submit eligible claims on vendor portals and adhere to vendor requirements

Issue customer credit memos and debits as needed

Research and resolve claim-related issues while tracking approved and denied claims

Qualifications

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy

Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office

Experience handling multiple vendor lines and following standard operating procedures

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external parties

Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons
