About being our Project Manager Civil Engineer - Water Infrastructure

As a Project Manager Civil Engineer to join our Water Infrastructure team in our Salt Lake City area office (South Jordan) , you will utilize your expertise to provide management and oversight of all aspects of Water, Wastewater, and Recycled Water projects.

Responsibility Highlights for our Project Manager Civil Engineer - Water Infrastructure

  • Review of plans and project specifications
  • Providing technical support, oversight and review of project activities
  • Managing staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and cost estimating of projects
  • Leading business development efforts
  • Coordinating pursuit planning
  • Maintaining contract management throughout the project

Minimum Qualifications to be our Project Manager Civil Engineer - Water Infrastructure

  • BS or MS degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Utah Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • A minimum of 10 years project management experience in the design of water resources infrastructure projects.
  • Successful track record in managing and completing water / wastewater engineering projects in the Wasatch Front area
  • Design of pump stations, large diameter pipelines, water production wells, flow control and reservoirs facilities
  • Experience in providing direct supervision of engineers and designers
  • Experience in writing technical specifications, preparation of engineer's estimates, project scheduling and proposal writing
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills

    • Preferred Qualifications for our Project Manager Civil Engineer - Water Infrastructure

  • Experience with master planning, hydraulic modeling and AutoCAD
  • Experience with Civil3D, Bluebeam Revu and other technical software
  • Strong business development, team building and operational skills
