Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality restoration solutions to residential and commercial properties. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire / Water Restoration Supervisor to join our team and lead our restoration projects to success.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Fire / Water Restoration Supervisor to oversee restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water and / or fire damage restoration, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The Water / Fire Restoration Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising restoration efforts, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of water and fire damage restoration projects.
- Lead and manage a team of restoration technicians, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and according to company standards.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop restoration plans.
- Oversee the mitigation and restoration process, including water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and smoke / odor removal.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the restoration process.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or obstacles, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Provide training and mentorship to restoration technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications :
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements :
This is a full-time position with standard hours of 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m., Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, along with on-call responsibilities. During periods of high demand, extended hours and additional workdays may be necessary to meet customer needs. This role often requires working more than 8 hours a day, including some evenings and weekends. A weekend on-call bonus, premium pay for extended hours, and additional compensation for high-volume or "storm mode" periods are provided. Travel is primarily local, though occasional out-of-area and overnight travel may be required.
Compensation : $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
