As a Product Manager (Treatment Planning Systems) with a clinical orientation, you'll play a pivotal role in creating cutting-edge solutions that make a difference in the lives of cancer patients worldwide.

Travel activity up to 20-30% (global) to be expected.

Your role :

  • Play a key role in defining market vision, strategy goals, and objectives for the product.
  • Identify market trends and incorporate them into the road map.
  • Research customer needs and translate into use case and requirements.
  • Establish and maintain prioritized product backlogs for efficient development and value delivery.
  • Engage in the complete software product lifecycle, from concept to delivery and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to develop and release products.
  • Coordinate with other product owners to align roadmaps.
  • Partner with marketing, education and sales to successfully launch and establish the product in the marketplace.
  • Stay current on industry trends and represent Varian at events.

Your expertise :

  • Clinical background as a Dosimetrist or Physicist in Radiation Therapy.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
  • Experience in product management.
  • Understanding global Radiation Therapy market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to drive initiatives forward.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare IT ecosystem is advantageous.
  • Fluent English skills (both written and spoken).
