MGC Contractors, Inc. is a 100% Employee Owned Corporation. We specialize in all forms of water and wastewater general contracting including Job Order Contracting, Construction Manager at Risk, Design-Bid-Build, and Design-Build throughout Arizona, Texas, Utah, and New Mexico.
MGC Contractors, Inc is looking for experienced customer service-oriented Construction Project Administrator to join our Utah Division in the Provo area.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Coordinate with HR for new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Ensure all employee documents are scanned and emailed to HR / Payroll, then properly shredded.
- Assist HR / Payroll with employee inquiries.
- Organize and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate with applicable personnel in the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with project managers, project engineers, superintendents, foremen, and safety department on project needs.
- Organize and oversee social events.
- Oversee assigned special projects (vaccinations, employee vehicle data, QR codes, etc.)
- Implement effective document controls (receivers, equipment inspections, concrete receipts, rubble trucks, etc.)
- Update material logs as needed.
- Manage resources related to equipment (rent logs, quotes, orders, deliveries, call off dates, etc.).
- Maintain office supplies in stock as needed.
- Maintain the jobsite office at a professional appearance (free of clutter, clean, organized, etc.).
- Manage field resources (dumpsters, porta potties, drinking water, signage, etc.).
- Any and all other duties assigned.
