Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the quarterly content roadmap for the Academy based on product launches and market requirements
Lead and mentor a team of specialized Content Managers focused on Content Ops and Learning Experience
Guarantee the consistency of educational materials and optimize production workflows to improve content quality
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 to 7 years in instructional design or technical content creation, with at least 2 years in a management role within a B2B SaaS ecosystem
Strong understanding of cybersecurity or ability to quickly learn technical topics
Proficient in tools like Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, GitHub, and modern LMS platforms
Self-driven with the ability to manage projects from concept to execution in a remote environment
Full professional proficiency in both English and French (written and oral)
