Full-time, exempt position with salary range $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience. Hybrid location : 3 days onsite in Orem, Utah.

What We’re Looking For
A full‑time Packaging Designer to join the Product Team. The Packaging Designer will primarily be responsible for bringing new products to life and elevating existing ones through thoughtful, clean, and functional design. You’ll create packaging for powders, supplements, beverages, skincare, and seasonal launches—along with updating current labels and die lines as our product line grows. Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.
What You’ll Do
Design visually compelling, brand‑consistent packaging for a variety of products.
Develop packaging mockups, retail display designs, carton art, and print‑ready files.
Update labels for reformulations, flavor extensions, certifications, design, or regulatory changes.
Prepare print‑ready artwork using correct die lines, bleed, Pantone / CMYK values, layers, and file formatting.
Manage edits, proofing, and version control with extreme attention to detail.
Maintain brand consistency across all SKUs and product families.
Deliver projects with exceptional quality while meeting deadlines.
Prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and retail teams to ensure proper branding and timely delivery of needed projects.

Eligibility
Only Utah‑based applicants will be considered at this time.
Qualifications
Required : Compelling portfolio of work showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, marketing, or related field.
Proven graphic design experience of 5‑7 years, focusing on packaging design.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.
Attention to detail for pixel‑perfect designs.
Creative problem‑solving skills to produce compelling visuals.
Detail‑oriented and able to stay on task to ensure prompt completion.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Proven ability to receive and integrate feedback seamlessly.
Eager to expand design expertise and take initiative in mastering new skills.
Strong communication skills to align projects with goals and expectations.
Bonus : Knowledge of the Health and Wellness industry and the Just Ingredients brand, style, and product line.
