We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Web Chat Agent to join our support team. In this role, you will interact with customers through live chat on our website to provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless online experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via web chat.
* Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and troubleshooting.
* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
* Accurately document customer interactions in the support system.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
* Identify and report trends in customer inquiries or issues to improve service quality.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
*
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a web-based environment.
* Excellent typing and written communication skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Comfortable using chat platforms, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
Work Environment:
* Remote or on-site positions available depending on company location.
* May require evening or weekend availability based on shift scheduling.
