AI Solutions Specialist – Hybrid Role Driving Innovation at KVC
At KVC, we are committed to leveraging technology to enhance care delivery and operational efficiency. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site, with periodic travel to Missouri locations for collaboration and implementation support.
What You’ll Do
Design and maintain AI applications using and Power Studio.
Develop automated workflows and integrate AI tools with third-party systems.
Support generative AI initiatives in areas like session documentation and data analysis.
Ensure AI solutions align with HIPAA, ethical AI standards, and KVC’s governance policies.
Provide training and support for AI tools to enhance adoption across teams.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive AI innovation.
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED (coursework in computer science or behavioral sciences preferred).
One year of hands-on experience through internship, self-learning, or a technical training program.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data trends.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with scripting, automation, and AI governance principles.
Passion for continuous learning in AI ethics and human services applications.
