Full Stack Web Developer

Department : Digital Marketing

Status : Full-time

Summary :

The Full Stack Web Developer will be responsible for building and optimizing high-performance websites and native apps that enhance user experiences and drive online sales. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including brand, sales, and compliance, to implement system changes, monitor site performance, and execute enhancements that increase purchase conversion rates.

Location :

  • This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and Maintain

    • Build, optimize, and maintain responsive websites and native apps for the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix and Hard Rock Stadium properties using modern frontend and backend technologies.

  • Performance Monitoring

    • Continuously monitor site performance, identify issues, and lead the execution of UX / UI development.

  • Optimization and Testing

    • Optimize websites (desktop and mobile) for conversion rate improvements through A / B testing and data-driven design decisions.

  • Innovation and Leadership

    • Lead the development team in adopting best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions that enhance the digital experience.

  • System Integration

    • Implement new system changes, such as integrating digital tools, ecommerce solutions, enhancing system connectivity and automation with APIs, and joining system tools like CRM and ESP to the front-end environment.

    Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development with a focus on eCommerce and digital product optimization.
  • Technical Proficiency :

    • Front-End Development & UI Frameworks

    Core Technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • Frameworks / Libraries : React, Angular, Next.js, Express
  • Styling Tools : CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS)
  • UX / UI Collaboration : Experience working closely with designers to bring wireframes and prototypes to life
  • Back-End Development & Server-Side Technologies

    • Languages / Frameworks : .NET, Django, Node.js, PHP, Spring, WP development (PHP)

  • API Development : Strong experience with REST APIs and server-side API integration
  • Database & Data Management

    • Databases : MySQL, MongoDB, or similar

  • Data Handling : Proficient in connecting, manipulating, and securely storing data
  • Architecture, Patterns & Infrastructure

    • Design Patterns : MVC (Model-View-Controller), MVT (Model-View-Template)

  • System Architecture : Deep knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure
  • Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
  • Web Performance : Skilled in optimizing web performance
  • Security : Knowledge of secure development practices for data storage and transfer
  • Design Patterns and Concepts :

    • Proficient in MVC (Model-View-Controller) and MVT (Model-View-Template) design patterns.

  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms to optimize application performance and maintainability.
  • Deep knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure, including cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
  • Proven experience in optimizing web performance, SEO, and mobile-first design.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior developers while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strategic thinker who is proactive in identifying opportunities for system improvements and digital innovation.
  • Experience in optimizing eCommerce platforms to drive purchase conversion and user engagement.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies for efficient project delivery.
  • Experience working closely with UX / UI designers to bring wireframes and prototypes to life.
