Position Overview
We are seeking a growth-oriented and client-focused Financial Advisor to deliver holistic financial planning while proactively developing and expanding a book of business. This role blends technical financial expertise with relationship management, behavioral coaching, and strategic guidance.
The ideal candidate is skilled at leading client conversations, uncovering planning opportunities, and providing clear recommendations. They are energized by business development, confident in presenting complex financial concepts, and committed to delivering a consistent, high-touch client experience within a structured planning framework.
Financial Advisors at PAX serve as fiduciaries, offering fee-based advice aligned with clients' best interests and PAX's values-driven approach to wealth management.
Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Proactively acquire new clients through referrals, COIs, community presence, networking, and digital engagement.
- Build and manage a book of up to 150 households within PAX's segmentation and service model.
- Lead discovery meetings and develop personalized financial plans that address investments, cash flow, risk management, retirement, tax strategies, and estate considerations.
- Deliver ongoing planning reviews and provide behavioral coaching to support positive financial decision-making.
- Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication, trust-building, and clearly guided next steps.
