Weekend Admission Nurse (RN)- Start of Cares / Home Health

Part time Registered Nurse Case Manager

Anticipated Territory : Greater Sacramento

Schedule : Must be Available Every Saturday and Sunday Full Days. Would consider Saturday / Sunday plus 3 week days.
