Growing together. / ppAs the Home And Community Bases Services Aide, you will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home. / ppstrongPrimary Responsibilities : / strong / pulliProvide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders / liliSupport household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed / liliMonitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system / liliEnsure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs / li / ulpYoull be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. / ppstrongRequired Qualifications : / strong / pulliCurrent drivers license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit / liliCurrent CPR certification / liliAbility to work flexible hours / liliAbility to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client / li / ulpstrongState-Specific Requirements / strong / pulliTN : 75 hours of training including 16 clinical hours within first 3 months; qualified for basic services / li / ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications : / strong / pulli6 months+ of home care experience / li / ulpPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
