Job Summary Details :

Groundskeeper will maintain property grounds by mowing, cutting lawns; trimming and edging along walkways, flower beds and walls; trims bushes and trees; plants bushes and flowers; applies lawn care chemicals, as needed; and removes snow and spreads salt. On-the-job- training is provided.

Basic Qualifications :

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• Some experience required and on the job training provided
