[job_card.job_description]Perform accurate diagnostic CT examinations, selecting appropriate technical factors. Exhibit thorough knowledge and operation of CT scanners and related equipment. Assist in administering contrast media as required. Ensure patient safety and comfort during the preparation and transfer processes. Document all necessary clinical information accurately prior to exams. Produce high-quality CT images for interpretation. Maintain communication with patients and colleagues for optimal care. Oversee equipment operation and cleanliness to prevent contamination. Be available for on-call responsibilities as needed. Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Valid ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications. Active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Knowledge of safety practices related to radiation and infection control. Ability to perform physical tasks related to patient care.
