Fabrication Solutions. LLC. is a highly skilled, small custom metal fabrication company located in Oakland Park, Florida. We are currently seeking a Welder / Fabricator to join our team! In this role, you will construct products from raw materials, ensuring all pieces meet factory and custom specifications and safety standards. You must be able to read and follow schematics and adhere to a strict production schedule while always prioritizing safety.
Responsibilities
- Confirm measurements of parts and proper fit
- Adhere to a strict production schedule.
- Test products after production to ensure consistency and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
- Previous experiences as a Welder / Fabricator or in a similar position
- Fabrication training or certification is preferred.
- Experience operating heavy machinery.
- Excellent manual dexterity and vision
- Highly detail-oriented with accuracy
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Versed in custom fabrication and creative problem solving.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Competent in TIG / MIG on aluminum, mild steel and stainless.
- Knowledge of metal and alloys.
- Safety awareness
- Must be able to work in extreme conditions such as but not limited to weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License
- Pass a level II background check
- Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints are a plus.
