Position Summary :

High Desert Mechanical (A Thermogenics Company) is seeking a skilled and experienced Welder / Boilermaker with a 6G welding certification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for high-quality welding and boiler assembly, repairs, and maintenance. This role demands precision, adherence to safety standards, and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform advanced welding techniques, especially in 6G welding positions, ensuring high-quality, precise welds.
• Assemble, repair, and maintain boilers and pressure vessels in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Perform inspections and quality control to ensure all welds and repairs meet regulatory and safety requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, upholding safety and compliance regulations.
• Collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge and supporting a positive work environment.

Requirements :

6G Welding Certification : Valid and up-to-date certification is mandatory.

Experience : 3+ years as a Welder / Boilermaker in the boiler, manufacturing, or combustion industry preferred.

Technical Skills : Proficient in reading blueprints, welding techniques, and boiler assembly / repair processes.

Physical Stamina : Ability to work in various environments and handle physically demanding tasks.

Safety Conscious : Knowledgeable in health and safety regulations with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
