Urgent Hiring: Helpers for In-Home Support - Lake Elsinore, CA

Lake Elsinore, CA Location: Lake Elsinore, CA Start Date: ASAP Helper Rate: $20.83 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced helper to support a male client in his 60s diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia (LBD). He is wheelchair-bound and requires assistance throughout the day and occasionally at night.

The client's spouse is the primary caregiver and is currently overwhelmed due to disrupted sleep, so additional support is urgently needed.

Care Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Support with transfers and mobility (wheelchair assistance)
• Provide companionship and supervision
• Help manage nighttime routines and safety
• Offer general support to ease caregiver burden

Schedule

• Flexible schedule (to be finalized)
• A few hours per day, multiple days per week
• Potential overnight shifts to provide relief for spouse

Ideal Candidate

• Experience with dementia care (LBD preferred)
• Comfortable with wheelchair support and transfers
• Patient, calm, and attentive
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling
