Urgent Hiring: Helpers for In-Home Support - Rio Rancho, New Mexico

Location: Rio Rancho, New Mexico, 87124 Start Date: ASAP Helper Rate: $20 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and patient helper to assist a 59-year-old male with a spinal injury. He has no mobility limitations but moves slowly and benefits from a calm, understanding, and supportive caregiver.

Care Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and shaving
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide therapeutic massage (if experienced and comfortable)
• Offer general support and ensure comfort during routines

Schedule

• 7:00 AM 9:00 AM
• 1 day per week to start
• Potential to increase to 23 days per week (MonFri)
• Schedule is flexible initially but must remain consistent once set

Ideal Candidate

• No experience required, but must be patient and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and a good sense of humor
• Comfortable working at a slower pace
