We’re looking for skilled Welders (Levels I–III) to join our manufacturing team in Pampa, Texas , where craftsmanship matters and quality builds power. You’ll be fabricating and assembling critical components used in compressor skids and industrial equipment , working with a team that values safety, reliability, and doing the job right the first time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Perform MIG welding on steel and other metals
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
  • Fabricate and assemble compressor skids, frames, and components
  • Inspect and repair welds to meet ASME code vessel standards
  • Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work closely with manufacturing and overhaul teams to meet production goals

    • Requirements : Welder I

  • 1+ year of welding experience
  • MIG welding proficiency
  • Ability to read blueprints and symbols

    • Welder II

  • 3+ years of welding experience
  • Pass a 3G open root plate test (downhill MIG root, uphill flux core fill & cap)

    • Welder III

  • 5+ years of welding experience
  • Advanced skills with the same 3G open root plate test requirement

    • All Levels Must Have :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

    • WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Shop-based manufacturing environment
  • Exposure to heat, noise, and metal fumes
  • Regular lifting up to 50 lbs and physical activity
  • PPE required (helmet, gloves, steel-toed boots, etc.)
  • Overtime, weekends, or holidays as production demands
