Welder – Airway Heights, WA | Up to $30 / hr | 4-10's Schedule

Aerotek is currently hiring experienced Structural Welders to support a growing steel fabrication operation in Airway Heights. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering excellent pay, long-term career prospects, and a consistent 4-day work schedule. We’re looking for welders who are confident with Flux Core welding and can read blueprints with precision.

What You’ll Do :

• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to perform accurate welding and fitting
• Use Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW) techniques with .045 and 1 / 16 wire
• Execute 5 / 16 fillet welds that meet structural integrity standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets

Day Shift :   4 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (Monday–Thursday)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00 / hr.
