The challengePicture this: a priority order drops for dryer panel vane units. You confirm the materials, program the welder to qualified procedures, dial in stops and guides, choose the right tip size, and lock the workpiece in place. You run the operation, swap in the correct dies/stamps/jigs, then validate your work—measuring pocket gaps, checking variances, and performing shear tests. Something’s off? You escalate early, protect quality, and keep production on track while maintaining a spotless safety record.

ADA Requirements:Positions in this function typically require: Standing and walking for long periods, often throughout an entire shift. Frequent Bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Reaching with hands and arms and using common hand tools or warehouse equipment. Regularly lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects typically up to 50 pounds, and occasionally heavier items.
· The job is usually performed in a warehouse setting, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures.
· Must be alert to warehouse hazards, such as forklift traffic and stacked products.
· Compliance with company attendance standard. Work hours may vary during peak production cycles.
