Job Title : Executive Functions / Learning Coach

Compensation : 50% of Net Collections ($100 / hr); paid bi-weekly

Employment Type : Part-Time W2 Employee Non-Exempt

Schedule / Hours : Around 5 hours per week to start; ideally 2 afternoon / evenings or 1 afternoon and 1 weekend day

Location : In Person - Wilton CT

Reports to : Head of Learning Services

Sasco River Center is a mission-driven multidisciplinary practice dedicated to providing compassionate evidence-based care to children and families across developmental behavioral and mental health needs. We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Executive Functions / Learning Coach to empower middle school high school college age and adults to reach their educational and personal development goals. You will utilize evidence based executive functioning strategies to ensure that each individual has the tools and encouragement to succeed.

Executive Functions / Learning Coach Responsibilities :

• Provide 1 : 1 coaching to children adolescents and young adults to support development of executive functioning and self-regulation skills
• Implement evidence-based executive functioning strategies to help clients strengthen organization planning time management task initiation and follow-through.
• Collaborate with families and educators to support generalization of skills across home school and community environments.
• Dedicate time to administrative duties including documentation treatment planning progress tracking and communication with families.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational standards.
• Participate in staff meetings case conferences and professional development.
• Stay current with emerging research and best practices in executive functioning interventions.
• Perform other duties as required to support the clinical team.
