JOB SUMMARY
As a Fitness Coach, you play a key role in helping members build lasting results and a stronger connection to their health. You deliver high-quality personal and small group training experiences that are engaging, effective, and tailored to each individual. This role goes beyond coaching workouts--you build relationships, create accountability, and take ownership of growing your client base. You'll grow your own book of business, deliver a premium training experience, and see the direct impact of your work through client results and retention. If you're energized by helping others succeed and motivated to build something of your own within a team environment, this is the role for you.
