[job_card.job_description]Wellness Outpatient Coordinator - Telehealth (Bilingual Spanish / English) Location : North Hollywood, CA (Onsite) Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm - No weekends Pay : $21 / hr + Benefits Overview Our Wellness Program is expanding, and we're looking for a Bilingual Wellness Outpatient Coordinator to support patients in scheduling telehealth visits with nurses and physicians. This role is ideal for someone with medical office or care coordination experience who enjoys patient communication and a teamfocused environment. What You'll Do Conduct 70-80 daily outreach calls to patients for telehealth scheduling Answer inbound calls and assist with general appointment needs Verify patient demographics and insurance coverage Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments Document all interactions in the EMR system accurately Communicate with clinical staff and internal teams Support wellness and preventive care initiatives Required Skills & Experience Bilingual Spanish / English - required 1+ year experience in a medical office, outpatient clinic, telehealth, or care coordination role Strong customer service and phone communication skills Experience with insurance verification Familiarity with EMR systems and data entry Basic proficiency in Excel Knowledge of medical terminology Why You'll Love This Role Monday-Friday only - no nights or weekends Stable telehealth program with onboarding and training Opportunity to grow into care coordination, patient navigation, or medical admin roles Supportive team environment Job Type & Workplace Contract role (onsite in Los Angeles, CA 91601) Workplace Type : Fully Onsite Pay $21.00 / hr Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of North Hollywood, CA 91607.
