A company is looking for a Wellness Coordinator responsible for providing care coordination and administrative support to members with behavioral health and substance abuse needs.
Key Responsibilities
Engage members, screen for care gaps, and develop individual care plans
Provide administrative support to the Behavioral Health Case Management department
Collaborate with clinical partners and maintain compliance with departmental metrics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
2+ years of managed care or call center experience
1+ years of computer proficiency experience including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Access to a designated quiet workspace with secure handling of Protected Health Information (PHI)
Ability to work a 40-hour week Monday through Friday between 8 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm CST
