The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of developing a high performing team, operational controls, and to effectively grow the organization while ensuring safe operating efficiencies. The ideal candidate accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company.
This position is a Full Time position that pays a range between $110,000-$120,000.
This individual will be responsible for the high-level execution, planning, project controls, budget, risk and business management, new capital construction, and preventative maintenance and rehab projects. Will work closely with the VP & Park Manager and various senior leaders to establish clear guidelines including timelines and budget expectations.
