Key Responsibilities

Facilitate interactive sessions on a range of well-being topics, adapting style for diverse global audiences

Deliver WPO-designed content, tailoring examples and presentations to different industries and cultures

Create dynamic learning environments through discussions, surveys, and Q&A to enhance participant engagement and knowledge retention

Required Qualifications and Education

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a trainer, facilitator, coach, or speaker, preferably in well-being or leadership topics

Must be a member of a professional regulatory body (e.g., ICF, EAPA)

Demonstrated ability to teach both small and large audiences in various formats (virtual and in-person)

Minimum of a master's degree or equivalent local qualification

Proficiency in using virtual platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex
