Perform routine upkeep on buildings, amenities, and grounds to maintain curb appeal. Rake, sweep, shovel, mow, and maintain lawn for weather-related needs. Clean and ensure vacancies are move-in ready for new residents. Physical Demands Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Stamina and endurance for prolonged periods of physical labor, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and reaching. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for operating tools and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and humidity. Drive personal vehicle between worksites as needed.
