What We Offer

  • Guaranteed year-round work
  • Annual income of up to $150k - $250k (per job basis)
  • Weekly paycheck
  • Flexible schedule
  • All work provided
  • Product reimbursement

About the Role

  • Install home remodeling products according to MaxHome standards and procedures
  • Apply finish work as needed for every application
  • Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
  • Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
  • Install / replace customers windows with brand new replacement windows

    • Key Qualifications

  • 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
  • Knowledge of Residential Windows
  • Window wrapping knowledge preferred
  • Established LLC or Business
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Preferred to have Worker's comp and Liability insurance
