Responsibilities:
Calculating performance returns and benchmarks for BXC private, infrastructure and asset based, and liquid credit mandates.
Reconciliation of return data to external administrator and dissemination to senior level Blackstone executives.
Assisting marketing in aggregating data for due diligence questionnaires (“DDQ”) or request for proposals (“RFP”) to assist in fundraising for new products.
Assisting with ad hoc projects and system implementation, as necessary.
Compilation and review of content and timely completion of quarterly/monthly client and external marketing: flash reports; portfolio quarterly reports, investor letters, and any follow-up correspondence and associated requests
Calculating customized benchmark returns across fund segments to compare BXC return metrics to comparable indexes.
Leading the implementation of proprietary software used to generate fund summary of performance metrics across BXCI Alternatives platform which will provide real time performance metrics to senior level executives.
Presenting quarterly returns and mandate overview to senior BXC Investment team professionals.
Qualifications:
Advanced Excel/modelling skills required.
Financial modelling or GIPS performance reporting experience preferred ( IRR, MOIC, etc.).
Experience in the financial services and/or insurance industries preferred.
Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Results oriented, deadline driven, and resourceful individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Independent worker / self-starter.

Expected annual base salary range:
$110,000 - $150,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
