This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project while working with cutting-edge database technologies in the clean energy sector. Your precision and customer service excellence will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless transition for internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute accurate data entry and migration from AWO Portal to QUEST platform
  • Collaborate with internal customers to gather requirements and clarify data needs
  • Perform basic SQL queries in PostgreSQL and MySQL to extract and validate data
  • Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the migration lifecycle
  • Leverage Excel for data manipulation validation and comprehensive reporting
  • Maintain professional communication with team members regarding project status
  • Document procedures and recommend process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated patience when working with diverse stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas pivot tables data validation)
  • Basic SQL skills for PostgreSQL and MySQL databases
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong independent work ethic and time management skills
  • Professional demeanor in all customer interactions
